Italian soccer gems are up for raffle

THREE unique Italian soccer items are up for raffle as part of the Drogheda Zombie Walk in late October.

But the three prized items will be on offer this weekend with tickets beimg sold in the Drogheda Town Centre and the Laurence Centre on Saturday October 7th.

Sports fans can secure the signed captain’s armband of legendary goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon and signed shirts by the 2014 Italian under 21 team and a shirt, worn and signed, by the Brazilian Ronaldo.

The Zombie Walk itself is on Sunday October 29th at 3pm, leaving the Laurence Centre and finishing at the Town Centre.

Aldo Rossi from the Italian soccer museum organised the jerseys for the raffle.

SOSAD, Drogheda Homeless Aid and the Alzheimers Daycare Centre will all benefit from the zombie walk and people are asked to support the weekend’s raffle.
