It’s better late than never with path repairs

I HAVE to say well done to the council on their job on Laurence’s Street.

A couple of years ago I made reference to the fact that part of the kerb on Laurence’s Street was missing.

It is pretty close to Laurence’s Gate but the main fact was that it was a danger to both pedestrians and people getting out of their cars.

I spotted a few people almost taking a tumble after walking off the path.

Last week, a crew arrived on site, got the concrete flowing and did the job, as you can see on the right.

Now, I have a few more on the list if anyone is interested.....
