ONE of broadcasting’s biggest names will present his life and eventful times at the Barbican on November 4.
Andy Kershaw is a freelance broadcaster, journalist and foreign correspondent and has covered some of the biggest stories out there - from being an eyewitness to the Rwandan genocide to going on a blind date with a then unknown Courtney Love – to see Motorhead.
He became a presenter of the BBC2 rock music programme, Whistle Test, and once paid Duran Duran £50 to support Hazel O’Connor at Leeds University.
He has hundreds of stories and tickets for the big night can be had from the Barbican at 9807416.
