Meath Macra host City North event

-

MEATH Macra na Feirme are gearing up to host the Make It Meath Royal Rally 2017 in the City North Hotel, Gormanston over the October Bank Holiday weekend.

The Rally is Macra na Feirme’s Annual Young Farmers Conference and this is the first time in Macra’s history that the event will be hosted by Meath Macra. With thanks to the main sponsor Meath County Council and associate sponsor Keenan Alltech, this is an event not to be missed.

The Rally is the biggest event of the Macra year and will offer activities to suit everyone and a place for Macra members and non Macra members to make friends and memories that will last a life time.

This year’s young Farmers conference is taking place at the Venue theatre, Ratoath, CO. Meath and will focus on the use of technology in the field and the effective use of social media to promote a positive image of farming.

On the Saturday night of the Rally, Meath Macra will host a Patrons night for past Macra members. This offers a great opportunity for past members to get in involved in the biggest night in the Macra year. All former members are more than welcome and encouraged to attend.
