John Flood plays Drumshallo­n gig

A social dance event takes place on Saturday night, November 4th, at Drumshallo­n Forge with John Flood & Friends. Starts at 9.30 PM. €10 entrance fee and includes refreshmen­ts. Presented by the Wee County Vintage - Dunleer Club. All proceeds will be donated to charity.

Duleek Christmas fair

THIS year’s Christmas Craft Fair, organised by Duleek Fair Committee, takes place on Sunday 3rd December in the Court House in Duleek from 11am to 5pm. There will be stalls both downstairs and upstairs in the building, featuring different kinds of crafts. Top panto for TLT

STARS of RTE Junior, hit series Red Rock as well as comedian Karl Spain will headline a top profession­al pantomime coming to the TLT in Drogheda in December.

Clara Murray and Adam Weafer form part of the hit show Beauty and the Beast, which will also be staged at the National Opera House Wexford and INEC Killarney.

The show features a combinatio­n of the biggest and most glamorous sets and costumes in Ireland and charttoppi­ng hits of the past and present. A number of local children also form part of the cast for the lavish production.

The show runs at the TLT from Friday December 15 to Saturday December 23 with shows at 6.30pm on Dec 15, 16, 22 and 23 and 2pm on Dec 16 and 23. Performanc­es at 1pm and 5pm on Sunday, December 17.

There is a special sensory performanc­e on Wednesday December 20 at 6.30pm.

Nathan in town

THE hugely popular Nathan Carter is to play two sell out shows in Drogheda on November 24 and 25th.

Nathan, with support act Niamh McGlinchey, is one of the most popular singers in the country at the moment and has enjoyed a string of hits.

His first show on November 24th proved so popular, organisers had to organise a second one!
