Classic concert at the Holy Family church

-

THE beautiful church of the Holy Family in Ballsgrove will be filled with the sound of music for a top-class evening of entertainment on Friday, November 3.

An eclectic mix of music and song by two brilliant soloists, two brass bands and a youth choir will ring through the church.

Once again, the concert will support the fund for the Drogheda branch of the Alzheimer Society in its bid to build a new daycare centre in the town.

It will feature leading tenor, Eugene Ginty, with special guest, star soprano, Amie Dyer, the Lourdes senior and junior brass bands, and the Holy Family youth choir.

Tickets, priced at €15, are now on sale and are available at the Holy Family church and after all the Masses there, as well as at St Mary’s parish office, James Street. Children under-14 years of age will be admitted free.
