Amie and Eugene in Ballsgrove concert

-

FOR true lovers of music, then check out the Holy Family church on Friday November 3.

In concert on the night will be none other than Eugene Ginty and Amie Dyer, a true songbird if ever there was one.

I heard Amie at former mayor Aly Farrell’s funeral service recently and she was world class.

The night if for the Drogheda branch of the Alzheimer Society in its bid to build a new daycare centre in the town.

The Lourdes senior and junior brass bands, and the Holy Family youth choir will also be there.

Tickets, priced at €15, are now on sale and are available at the Holy Family church and after all the Masses there, as well as at St Mary’s parish office, James Street. Children under-14 years of age will be admitted free.
