Inse Bay chicane

I BELIEVE there was major delays getting around Inse Bay last week, caused by the chicane in the centre of the estate.

It is a very unusual thing to come across as you drive in the estate but it is designed to slow down motorists.

But if there is a breakdown, etc, in the vicinity, it can be a hazard.
