In recent years grown-up kids in their 20s and 30s staying at home has become commonplace, and in this new series Brendan Courtney will help some of them move on.

Brothers Andy and Daithi Kennedy are back in their parents’ two-bedroom cottage in Palmerstown, and realise they’ll have to find their own place.

But their plan to share a home with a group of friends soon falls foul of their fiercely competitive Dublin rental market.
