LMETB COMPLETE MEDICAL ADMINISTRATION PROGRAMME

LOUTH Meath Education & Training Board in partnership with Óiliúna Training Ltd recently celebrated the successful completion of the Medical Administration programme in Navan, Co. Meath.

The programme is a QQI Level 5 Major Award in Office Administration with particular emphasis on employment in the medical administration sector.

This 49 week programme provided Learners with a range of skills, knowledge and competence in Computer Applications, Office Practice and Administration, Digital Transcription Software, Medical Records Management, Personal Skills and work experience.

The programme also provided employment opportunities in areas such as; Doctor’s / GP Practice, Medical Centre / Clinic, Private / Public Hospital, Health Insurance companies and Government or private Health Services Agency.
