Drogheda Boys’ choir debut

THE Drogheda Boys’ Choir are set to make their debut on December 8.

Their Musical Director is renowned local singer and music teacher, Sharon Gaynor who says; “I’m thrilled with the progress the boys are making and the support I’m receiving from the committee of the Drogheda Male Voice Choir. We have recruited 28 boys and expect more to join as time goes by. We are all looking forward to our inaugural performance with the parent choir on Friday 8th December in the TLT at the Drogheda Male Voice Choir Christmas Concert. The boys and their families are eagerly looking forward to this momentous occasion”.

Drogheda Male Voice Choir Musical Director, Mr David Leddy concludes; “Whilst we have been very busy with these projects this year, we are also practising very hard for our Christmas Concert which is always the highlight of our year in the TLT.

‘We have a few surprises lined up this year and everybody is looking forward to it.’
