We are holding a Health and Wellbeing Talk next Thursday 9th November starting at 7.30pm in our clubrooms. This promises to be a very interesting evening commencing with a Nutrition Talk by Louth GAA’S Michael Keane followed by our Guest Speaker All Ireland winner and DKIT GAA’s Óisin McConville covering aspects such as General Wellbeing, Addiction, Player and Team Preparation and much more. All Members, Players and Parents are very welcome to attend as there should be something here of interest to everyone. Refreshments will be served afterwards. Attendance is free.
