DIFE’s stroke of genius

I suppose it is a place of learning, so they are a smart bunch naturally, but the decision by DIFE to invest in an all weather facility (right) is a stroke of genius.

The lights are burning brightly at the spot most nights and they are providing a great outlet for teams to make sure that training and games can go ahead.

I’m sure they are making their money back on their investment and fair play to Davy McDonnell and the crew on the initiative they’ve shown.

In fact, I’d say there’s plenty of scope for another club to follow suit as DIFE will find it hard to match the demand for all weather facilities in the years ahead.
