CityNorth Hotel wins best Tourism Award

DROGHEDA & District Chamber held their 13th Annual Drogheda Business Excellence Awards in the CityNorth Hotel, Gormanston on Saturday 18th of November for the second year.

It was a very special occasion full of glitz and glamour that celebrated small, medium and large enterprise­s across the region. With over 300 local business people and dignitarie­s in attendance, it was a fantastic night of celebratio­n for both new and long-standing businesses.

CityNorth Hotel won the “Best Tourism Business” Award category. General Manger Cyril Laffan “We are delighted to win this prestigiou­s award, this is a testament to all the hard work and dedication from all the staff at CityNorth Hotel”. “This special Tourism Award offers so many opportunit­ies to increase visitor numbers from the Chinese market and further afield to the Boyne Valley Region, Gateway to Ireland’s Ancient East.”
