MEET SANTA TODAY
Julianstown & District Community Association would like to wish all our residents a very Happy Christmas and speaking of Christmas we would like to invite you and your family along to The Lime Kiln to meet Santa, Mrs. Claus and all the elves at 6 pm today Tuesday 12thDecember.
The Mornington Gospel Choir will be singing carols to get us all in the mood. There will be Mince Pies and Mulled Wine (Adults only) and a gift for the children. Santa will of course be arriving with Mrs. Claus by Vintage Red Tractor whiles all the Reindeer are munching on Carrots in Stella & Stephen Hoey’s Barn.
Admission is free, but a donation towards our planting for next year would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks to The Lime Kiln for hosting this event and supplying the light refreshments. We would also like to thank our Councillors’ and Meath County Council who are funding the Christmas tree and Lights and soon all our Santa Suits will be appearing throughout the village to give a Christmas Cheer!
CHRISTMAS FAIR
City North Hotel & Conference Centre will hold a Christmas Fair on Sunday 17th of December from 2 to 6 pm. There will be mulled wine and mince pies, artisan foods, lots of craft stands with lovely stocking filler ideas and carol singing. Admission is free so why not come along and enjoy the day.
CHRISTMAS VILLAGE
Once again, the Julianstown Tidy Towns group have been out like elves decorating all the trees in the village with their Christmas outfits. They look great and I’m sure it brings a smile to the many cars and trucks that pass through our village every day. They are a fantastic group of people and really deserve great credit for their commitment and dedication.
CAROLS AT THE GIVING TREE
Julianstown Choir will be having Christmas Carols from 6.30 pm on Saturday 23rd December in St. Mary’s Church Julianstown. Everyone welcome to come along for Carols old and new. All singers and musicians especially welcome! Donations may be left at the Giving Tree for distribution within the locality by the Society of St Vincent DePaul.
