Drink driving
A 33-year-old motorist has been fined and disqualified after admitting drink driving and no insurance charges.
Aigars Lovniks, 96 Ashfield Green, Drogheda, was stopped by gardaí at Narrow West Street on 11 February, 2017.
A subsequent blood sample showed a reading of 270.
He has two previous convictions for no insurance.
For drink driving, he was disqualified for three years and fined €75. A two-year disqualification and €75 fine were imposed for having no insurance.
Other charges were taken into account.
