New offices plan for Corrigan’s pub on George’s Street
THE famed Corrigan’s public house on George’s Street is set to be turned into a new office centre as part of the re-development at the Boyne Centre.
Leonard & woods Developments Ltd have sought permission for the demoliton of an existing 2 storey rear extension to the public house as well as derelict out buildings as part of the project.
They also want a change of use from public house to medical /office/commerical accomodation along with a 2 storey rear extension
together with provision of 30 car parking spaces with vehicular link to existing south car park at the Boyne centre.
The pub premises closed some years ago.
A decision is expected on the project by February 15.
