Seated exercise

The Louth branch of Arthritis Ireland continue to host seated exercise classes every Monday at 7.00pm in Ballsgrove Community Centre at a cost of €5. The Walking Group meets at 11am every Saturday in Oldbridge House. This suits all levels.
