Charge struck out after man pays €250 to charity

TWO public order charges against a 28-year-old man have been struck out after he paid €250 to charity.

John Fedigan, Rathbran Beg, Lobinstown, Navan, pleaded guilty to being intoxicated in a public place and a danger to himself and others, and engaging in threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour in West Street, Drogheda, on 23 December, 2017. He has no previous convictions.
