Funeral book for sale

THERE’S a most interesting sale in Whyte’s of Molesworth Street in Dublin on February 3. Amongst the items on offer is a ledger and funeral book - dated 1845-1919 - the property of Thomas Dolan, general merchant, publican and undertaker, Ardee. It lists records of funerals, items supplied for wakes, etc and is on offer for between €150 and €200. More info from info@whytes.ie
