THE contenders were all in blue and rookie midfielder Magee was superb throughout delivering an all-action display. Kicked two frees a point from play and killed Louth off by forcing home the opening goal. Caoimhin O’Reilly was another strong contender and both wing backs Martin Reilly and Enda Flanagan caused Louth all sorts of problems. For the Reds Emmet Carolan and Derek Maguire were probably the pick of the bunch.
