Enjoy a fun night for the Duleek schools

THE Parents council of Duleek Boys & Girls NS are hosting a Comedy Night in the Glenside Hotel Drogheda on Friday 9th February 2018 featuring Joe Rooney and Patrick McDonnell from the iconic TV series Fr. Ted.

Tickets are €15 and are available from Elaine 086-8875158 and Geraldine 086- 8521971 and all members of the Parents council. Show starts at 8pm. Audience competitions, Raffle and DJ on the night. A great laugh is guaranteed. All are welcome and your support for the schools would be greatly appreciated.

The Julianstown Tidy Towns committee is looking for volunteers to help keep Julianstown tidy.

‘We always have regular activities planned and would encourage a large town participation. Volunteering with Julianstown Tidy Towns gives you the opportunity to get out and about and feel involved in the community, to make new friends and to have a say in how Julianstown should look,’ a spokesperson stated.

‘Whatever your interest, there’s a need for your time and expertise! We generally meet every Saturday morning at 10.30 am in the Village Garden for a couple of hours work and then have a chat about what has to be done over a nice cuppa!
