Local chefs, farmers and producers gathered in Tankardstown House recently for the launch of the fifth annual Boyne Valley Food Series.
There is a fantastic and eclectic line up of fun outings this year with more than 45 events planned for food lovers to enjoy.

The Boyne Valley Food Network event focused on inspiring and stimulating and providing fresh ideas for local food and drink businesses for 2018.
JP McMahon, who is also founder of Food on the Edge, one of the biggest international food events in Europe, said: ‘We’re blessed in Ireland to have great produce and it’s important to tap into that micro economy. It’s all about championing what we have!’
