Historical Society lectures

THE County Louth Archaeological and Historical Society will hold a number of lectures in Louth over the coming weeks.

‘ The Seven Ages of Irish Music in Drogheda’ (illustrated) will take place on Wednesday, March 7th in The Barbican, St Peter’s Parish Centre at 8pm.

The lecture will be delivered by Mr Seán Ó Corcoráin.

‘Shade, Shelter and Ornament: Landscape Gardening in County Louth from 1600’ (Illustrated) will take place on Wednesday, February 21st at 8pm in Ardee Community School. The lecture will be delivered by Mr Bryan Rogers. Everyone is invited to come along. There is a voluntary charge for admission.
