The Under-15 girls team comprised Orlaith Carolan, Rebecca McCarron, Ava McNally, Isobel Delaney, Ruth Gillespie and Hallie Sands and they took on the 2,500m course, with the top four rewarded for their efforts with a

silver Ràs medal for second team home.

Emma Gillespie put in a great performance in the U-17 3,000m and received a sixth-place medal.

Tara McGuinness took top spot on the podium as she finished first in the Junior Ladies 4,000m, while running along with Tara was sister Hazel and Bernie Balfe in the Senior race.

Balfe had a great race as she finished eighth overall and fourth in her age category.
