Top score last week was a tie with Marie Walsh and Dick Walsh. Top gent was Brendan Caffrey and top lady was Mary Gleeson. The first half winner was Martina Murray and the second half winner was Maureen Thornton. Whist drives continues each Monday night in Bennetts at 8.30p.m. All welcome. Please note time is 8.30p.m. start.

The Calligraph­y and craft classes continue each Wednesday for six weeks in Bennett’s, names to be given to a Guild member. The senior citizens party has been arranged for Sunday 8th April in the Glenside hotel.

Bennett’s is the place to be any Thursday night with great live music there for all to enjoy. Musicians and singers are welcome any night to perform. Starting time is 9.30p.m.

ARDCATH MACRA

Well done to Ardcath Macra on their SOSAD presentati­on. A total sum of €1,277.39 was raised for the charity following their fundraiser ‘Putting the Harvest to Bed’.
