Two schools

Gardaí are investigating break-ins at two local schools.

The first incident happened on Saturday, February 17th when Walshestown NS was broken into at around 2.26am.

Gardaí responded to the alarm activation and found entry had been gained.

Callystown National School was also broken into shortly after 2am when again the alarm was activated and gardaí attended the scene.

The office had been ransacked and a small amount of property was taken.
