Well done council on pothole job

LAST week I raised the danger with a huge hole that appeared at the top of the North Quay, at the junction with Mary’s Bridge and Shop Street.

Basically, had it got much deeper, we were looking at the Boyne appearing!

The council moved on the situation very quickly and the job was done and dusted by Wednesday.

It was a real hazard for vehicles and for the public who cross the road here.

Well done to the council on this one.
