MEATH bounced back from their shock defeat to Roscommon a week previously with a runaway success over Leitrim at Dunganny last Sunday.

The Royals made seven changes from the side that started against the Rossies and were well on their way to an emphatic win by half-time, leading 4-16 to 1-2.

The scoring spree continued

MEATH LEITRIM 7-29 2-5

throughout the second half and by the full-time whistle Meath had tallied 36 scores.
