TABLE QUIZ
Slane GFC are holding a table quiz in the Village Inn, on Friday, March 2nd, at 9pm. Table of four €40.
RACE NIGHT
Slane St Patrick’s Day committee are holding a Race Night fundraiser in the Boyne Valley Inn, on Saturday, March 10, first race at 9pm sharp. There is also a raffle on the night and all proceeds go towards the Slane St Patrick’s Day Parade. Cards are presently in circulation for those who wish to sponsor a race, buy a horse or a jockey.
FUN CYCLE
Calling out to all Slane cyclist in the area to come along and take part in the Paddy’s Fun Cycle in Navan on St Patrick’s Day. This novelty cycle will start at noon from Teach na Teamhrach on the Trim Road in Navan, and will travel in and around the streets of the town.
There will be a number of spot prizes on the day with special prizes presented to the most appropriate dressed man and women. Proceeds from the event will go to Meath River Rescue, and sponsorship cards are now in circulation
