Top three for FKFT in Ireland’s Got Talent
FIT Kids Fit Teens have been heralded as one of the best dance acts in the country after a sparkling performance on Ireland’s Got Talent.
The local troupe won their semi-final last Monday and performed with real class in Saturday’s final on TV3, making the top three in the end.
FKFT is a dance movement where student becomes teacher and they dance together as a group, including everyone. Both of their previous auditions impressed the judges and the final was no exception.
Jason Byrne remarked, “I said it before If I hadn’t pressed my Golden Buzzer before I saw you I would have pressed it for you. Yous are deadly”. Denise Van Outen said they were ‘ fresh, contemporary and vibrant” and Louid Walsh was equally as delighted. “The dances just get better and better it was so slick this is faultless.’
The live Grand Final saw another dance group win the overall title. RDC from Cork had 31 performers. They danced away with €50,000 and their very own TV special on TV3 later this year.
Thousands applied in the biggest ever Irish talent search with the superb TLT hosting the heats late last year.
