Damaged door at An Croi

Dylan Thomas, aged 21, and of no fixed abode, has been sentenced to four months imprisonment after pleading guilty to a criminal damage charge.

Evidence was given he caused €500 damage to a rear door of An Croí Wisdom Institute, Tullyallen on 22 July, 2016.

The court heard Thomas is serving another sentence in Wheatfield Prison, and has a release date next November.

Judge Coughlan said the four months can run concurrently to the present sentence.
