Egg hunt in Retail Park

-

DROGHEDA kids are set to enjoy a unique Easter egg hunt and family fun day to kick off the long weekend at Drogheda Retail Park, on Saturday, March 31.

Led by the Easter Bunny, local children will go on an eggciting adventure, filling their baskets with sweets, treats and surprises.

As well as the Easter Bunny, children will be entertained by magicians, jugglers, face painters and a DJ, with a special appearance by Alice and the Mad Hatter.

Drogheda Retail Park is located on the Donore Road, at Junction 9 just off the M1 and just an eight-minute drive from Drogheda town centre.

The event starts at 12pm, and families are encouraged to get there early to meet the characters and get their face paint ready before the Easter egg hunt at 12.30pm.

There’s free car parking and other attractions too.

“This event is a great opportunity for families to get together over the school holidays,” said Freda O’Donnell of Sigma Retail Partners, asset managers for Drogheda Retail Park.

“This is the first major seasonal event of the year at Drogheda Retail Park and we are looking forward to hosting more family events into the summer.”
