Brennan lads score hat tricks on the same day for Boys!
THE Brennans of Marley Court enjoyed footballing fields before Christmas. The three Drogheda Boys players, Killian, Sean and Gavin all scored hat tricks for their teams on the same day !
Killian was the first to get his treble for the under 12s in a win against Greenfort. Francis McCullough set him up for his first and he added two more, Markey and McEneaney also netting.
Sean played for the under 10s and scored three in an 8-0 rout of St Patrick’s.
Sean and Killian then waited for Gavin to come home so they could tell him their good news - when he revealed he scored three in 10-0 win for the Boys against Walshestown.
Killian and Sean attend St Paul’s NS and both play GAA. They also play table tennis and Sean won his first school tournament recently. Gavin is in St John’s NS.
