Chord Road bins concern

WHEELIE bins left out all day on the Chord Road are proving a hindrence for footpath users.

Cllr Pio Smith said his attention has been drawn to issues on the street.

‘We need to write to people to say they are breaching the bye-laws,’ he stated.

The council will contact people to see if an alternative can be found to leaving bins in the street.
