The Saint Oliver’s Pastoral Area Resource team will meet in Greenhills Convent on Thursday 19th of April at 7.30pm. Our LMFM Mass will be recorded on Saturday 28th of April and will be broadcaste­d on Sunday 29th of April after the 9 o’clock news.

To celebrate Vocations/ Good Shepherd Sunday Abbot Brendan Freeman from the Cistercian Community in Collon will celebrate Mass on Sunday 22nd at 11am. We look forward to his visit to our church and to the opportunit­y of celebratin­g Eucharist with us. All are welcome

The Holy Cross Group - Bethlehem will visit our church on the weekend of 28th and 29th of April. They will be selling olive wood crafts to support the Christians in the Holy Land. Your support is gratefully appreciate­d in this outreach to our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Pope Francis - Visits Us (World Meeting of Families, Dublin 21st26th August 2018)

You are invited to a series of meetings introducin­g the visions and hopes of Pope Francis for our families as we prepare for his visit to Ireland Each Wednesday at 7.30pm. Commencing April 11th in the Community Services Centre, Scarlet Street, Drogheda.

Cemetery and Corpus Christi Sunday Mass with Eucharisti­c Procession and blessing of the graves at 11am on Sunday 3rd of June.

SLIMMING WORLD TIMES

Tullyallen Slimming World classes are on every Thursday. The first class is 5pm and the second is 7pm. Amanda will be there giving plenty of inspiratio­n, motivation and encouragem­ent to everyone who comes along.

MEN’S SHED

The Tullyallen Men’s Shed meet on Tuesday & Friday mornings at 10am in the Glen Emmets Clubhouse. The Men’s Shed is a dedicated, friendly and welcoming meeting place where men come together and undertake a variety of mutually agreed activities. All new members are more than welcome to come along for a chat and cup of tea. So why not go along and see what it’s all about.

LOTTO RESULTS

Results for the Glen Emmets Lotto held Tuesday 10th April 2018. The Grand Prize Draw was for €4,600 and there was no winner. The numbers drawn were: 46, 18, 25 & 29. The 4 Lucky Dip winners who receive €25 each are Johnny Devine, Mark Garvey, Natalie Hughes, Aoibhinn & Sean Sharkey. Next week’s draw is €4,700. Tickets are on sale in Centra Tullyallen or any committee member.

Well done to the members of the Tullyallen Red Cross who received a Mayoral Award from Pio Smith last week. It’s nice to see their hard work being recognized.

The Glen Emmets Kellogs Cúl Camp will take place this year from 16th to 20th July and online booking commenced 1st March. Get in early and make your booking to avoid disappoint­ment as this camp always proves to be a great one.
