Alzheimer’s National Tea Day

ONE of the big set-piece events for the Alzheimer Society of Ireland every year is its National Tea Day.

This year, it will take place on Thursday, May 3 with the Drogheda event in the Barbican Centre , William Street from 10am to 1pm. Admission €3. Raffle on the day . All proceeds go to Tredagh Lodge day care centre Drogheda.

The Drogheda branch’s next family support group meeting will take place on Wednesday, May 2 in The Stables, Bachelors Lane. All are welcome.

Meanwhile, The Alzheimer’s committee are calling on all runners and walkers in this years’s Ladies Mini Marathon on Sunday June 3 to back them. Please call Carmel on 0876185452.
