Nice gamble

FINALLY there was a major coup for local horseracing syndicate Roberto at Fairyhouse last Tuesday when Agent Boru got the better of 4/1 favourite Speak Easy to win by three lengths in the valuable EBF Novice Handicap Hurdle Series Final.

The Tom Gibney trained mount was well backed from 20/1 into 10/1 and his connections, with strong links to the O Raghallaighs and Newtown Blues clubs, enjoyed the celebrations afterwards.
