Man sent for trial

THE DPP has directed trial on indictment in the case of a 45-year-old man who is accused of threatening to kill a woman.

Scott Atkinson, Hawthorn Court, The Twenties, Drogheda, is also charged with false imprisonment and assault causing harm on 19-20 October, 2017.

The case was adjourned to 8 June next for a book of evidence.
