Inver Colpa rowers hosting race from Clogherhead

INVER Colpa Coastal Rowing club are one again hosting the clubs annual Boyne Boat race.

On Sunday 6th May at 1.30pm the club hopes to see over 15 coastal rowing clubs launch at Clogherhead beach to take on the 14K sea and estuary challenge, finishing at the Boyne Fishermans Rescue in Drogheda.

The challenge promises a great coastal and Boyne river row that is not for the faint of heart and will test all the crews involved.

It’s great to see coastal and river rowing being utilised on our towns doorstep. Inver Colpa Coastal rowing club will host their open day on Sunday 13th of May at 3pm. Open to all levels of experience, even complete beginners, for more information contact secretary@invercolpa.ie
