Clogherhead RNLI collection fundraiser

MAYDAY is the yellow-themed annual fundraiser for the Clogherhead RNLI. It takes place in Drogheda on Friday May 25. Volunteer collectors will be present in Scotch Hall and throughout the town from 9 am to 6 pm.

Irish lifeboats had a busy year in 2017 with 1145 launches and 1388 people helped by the service.

The money raised by the collection will be used to ensure that crews can carry out their lifesaving work at sea in a safe manner.
