Man is fined €200

A 42-year-old man has been fined €200 on a charge of engaging in threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour at Hillview, Drogheda, on 27 April, 2017.

Valerijs Litvins, Hillview, was also summonsed for failing to comply with the direction of a garda and being intoxicated in a public place on the same occasion; charges which were taken into account

He did not attend court but was granted legal aid.
