House draw set for launch

MEATH GAA is set to follow the St Fechin’s club in Louth and will launch a house draw in the coming weeks.

Operations manager Seamus Kenny told delegates at the May county board meeting in Drumconrat­h that it is intended to raffle one house per year over the next three years.

The draw will be limited to 12,000 each year. Tickets will be priced at €100 and there will also be a three-year ticket at a reduced rate.

Proceeds from the draw will go towards the Pairc Tailteann developmen­t.
