Boyne Valley Seafoods and Warren backing the GAA stars from Gaelscoil

BOYNE Valley Seafoods in Southgate Shopping Centre have just become the proud supporters of Gaelic Football in Gaelscoil An Bhradáin Feasa.

On hearing that parents were shaking buckets on the streets of Drogheda collecting funds for school sports equipment, proprietor Warren McEvoy very generously offered to purchase and donate O’Neills Gaelic footballs to the school!

Warren popped along to the school last week with footballs in three different sizes, so that students of all ages in the school will get the opportunity to learn their Gaelic skills.

The school has established itself as a leading light in Gaelic football in the region. Working with school coaches and participating in St. Colmcille’s schools programme the children are excelling in the sport.

The boys and girls teams from 5th & 6th class have progressed in local and county Cumann na mBunscol competitions.
