ST. FECHINS LOTTO
There was no winner of the Lotto. The numbers drawn were 8, 9, 11 and 23. The €100 winner was Aine O’Gorman. €20 winners were Alan and Siobhan Fitzpatrick, Angela Kelly c/o Lisa Walsh, Cormac Mc Auley, Oliver and Deborah O’Reillly and Nailer. The jackpot is worth €1,100 and is sponsored by Madden’s Centra, Termonfeckin.
FAI SOCCER SCHOOLS
An FAI Summer Soccer School will be held at the Termonfeckin Celtic F.C. grounds, Sheetland Road from Monday July 23rd - Friday 27th, from 10:30am to 3:00pm daily. It costs €65 per child and all participants receive an exclusive kit (jersey, shorts and socks), backpack, football and certificate. All coaches are FAI accredited and Garda vetted. TERMONFECKIN TIDY TOWNS COMMUNITY GROUP.
Termonfeckin is now entered in this year’s Tidy Towns competition. A number of new projects are included in the plan for 2018, and the Termonfeckin Tidy Towns Community Group Group is looking for volunteers to join the Committee and help out with the projects. MACRA NA FEIRME.
Beach activities are continuing every Monday at Termonfeckin (Seapoint) beach at 7 30pm. New members are welcome! Louth Macra are holding a Summer Ball in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Dundalk on June 23rd. Tickets are €50 which includes a four course meal and music on the night. Tickets can be purchased from Aoife on 087-6262197. SEAPOINT PITCH & PUTT.
The Louth Down Monaghan Mixed Foursomes took place on Sunday May 27th in Inniskeen. Congratulations to Seapoint’s Bridie Hanratty and Anto Mullen, Barbara and Declan Murphy and Marlo Everitt who all claimed prizes. Seapoint’s Darren Fagan took part in the National Matchplay finals in Tullamore over the weekend. There was no Club Competition last weekend due to Collon Pitch & Putt hosting their Open Scotch Foursomes. 2018 Summer Camp dates are from Monday 9th July - Friday 13th July. Application Forms are available in the Clubhouse. On August 25th and 26th, Seapoint Pitch & Putt will proudly host the Irish Life PPUI Irish International Pitch & Putt Open. DRUMSHALLON FORGE.
Applications are invited for the positions of Caretaker and Administrator at Drumshallon Forge. The posts are on offer to a motivated person who will work in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the Forge for nineteen hours per week on a Tus or Community Employment scheme. GREENHILLS SUMMER CAMP.
The Greenhills Summer Sports Camp will take place this year for two weeks: July 9th – 13th and July 16th – 20th.
