Countdown on
OVER 400 guests including U14 players and mentors from every club in Down, Louth and Meath attended the recent launch of the John West Féile Peile na nÓg at the Crowe Plaza Hotel as the countdown to the GAA extravaganza continued apace.
Féile Peile na nÓg, which is a national festival of Gaelic football for boys and girls under 14 years of age, is being hosted by GAA and Tuesday 19th June

Paddy Sheelan Cup LGFA clubs in Down, Louth and Meath on the weekend of Friday 29th June – Sunday 1st July.
It was first held in Cavan in 1982, with a total of 40 boy’s teams participating. Girls did not participate until 1994. In 2018 a total of 288 teams will take part in - 176 Boys’ teams and 112 girls’ teams.
