€200 drugs fine for driver

JOSE Alegria, Nivarna House, Monasterboice has been fined € 200 for unlawful possession of drugs.

Evidence was heard that a garda drugs patrol came upon a vehicle parked at The Crescent, Tredagh View on 6 September, 2016.

There was a strong smell of cannabis herb from the driver, the sole occupant.

Alegria got legal aid.
