Cyclists have taken to the paths around Drogheda

LOCAL councillor Pio Smith has described as ‘crazy stuff ’ the antics of a number of cyclists in Drogheda.

Addressing the recent Joint Policing meeting in Drogheda, he said people seemed to have taken to the footpaths for cycling and it was a real danger.

‘ They are zipping down the street on the Windmill Road and Palace Street,’ he stated.
