A €75 fine has been given to Donal Millar (35), 34 Annaville Crescent, Drogheda for driving without reasonable consideration. The defendant, a kitchen fitter, pleaded guilty to the offence which occurred at Waterunder on 23 May, 2017. Evidence was given that a cyclist going past the M1 Retail Park was halfway round a roundabout when a black Mazda, driven by Millar, cut across him. The cyclist ‘wobbled’ but didn’t fall and wasn’t injured. The defendant was granted legal aid.
