Williams clan and a unique life story

I got a CD recently on the life and times of painter Alexander Williams by Gordon Leadbetter with a voiceover by Oliver McQuillan.

Alex was part of the noted Williams family, who operated a hat shop in’Drogheda and were noted taxidermists and a lot of their work went to the Natural History Museum.

Alexander and his brother, Edward, could be spotted near Mornington with muzzle loaders in days gone by.
